Workshops focused on discipline, confidence, emotional regulation, financial awareness, time management and goal setting to build long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Targeted support for recent migrants and refugees including access to services, English conversation practice and employment pathway support.
School, mosque and community-based sessions addressing knife crime awareness, substance misuse prevention, personal responsibility and civic engagement.
Ongoing mentorship delivered by trained role models with lived experience, including regular check-ins, accountability tracking and progress reporting.
Collaboration with councils, schools, housing providers, probation services and charities to ensure individuals receive coordinated support across multiple needs.
